Written and directed by the world-renowned Katsuhiro Otomo (Akira). Set in Victorian England, this epic action adventure story involves a young inventor named Ray (Paquin) who receives a mysterious metal ball one day from his scientist grandfather, Lloyd (Stewart). Ray must use the steam ball to fight evil, redeem his family and save London from destruction. This animation epic is the most expensive Japanese anime production ever and used a fusion of 2D and 3D graphics with an unprecedented 180,000 drawn animation cells.
